I decided to get a cheap Camera Selfie Stick to see if I will use one, rather than spring for a mainstream and expensive one only to discover it was a waste of money.

I've already come up with some ways to find a use for one in the real world.

Including Roof Gutter inspection, you can use an action camera selfie stick to inspect your gutters without the need to climb a ladder.
Another use is checking underneath your car for oil leaks.

This particular selfie stick is made from plastic, I will be popping a waterproof housing on the end using the gopro mount for my Git2 Camera, and checking out a few waterways, etc.

Imagination, and a big ego, is all you need to own, and operate, a selfie stick successfully.

So far I'm quite happy with my inexpensive Chinese Selfie Stick purchase, I seem to be getting more use from it than I expected.
