The Joylog fish finder works for 10 hours from a full charge, and turns itself on when it comes into contact with water, and turns itself off after 30 seconds on dry land.
I used this fish finder on a recent fishing trip I made to the Gippsland Lakes District of Victoria.
It saved me from wasting time at locations that only showed a few fish on the sonar.
I kept moving to various rivers and locations until I found a spot with lots of sonar contact, and caught quite a few fish there.
