Free camping is a very cost effective way to explore the Victoria countryside, with many free camp locations to choose your perfect camp from. Ranging from the very basic rough bare bones camping, right through to toilets and hot showers, drinking water, BBQ's etc.

The Big River Camping Area has a drop toilet, with plenty of places to set up a campsite close to the river, there a are a few spots for swimming also. This is a fairly basic fee campsite with beautiful surroundings. Big River Camping Area location map
